✓ Soramitei This is a place I had reserved in advance. Ranked 16th among Japan's top tonkatsu restaurants and also recommended by Michelin, it's truly impressive. Without a reservation, it's almost impossible to get a seat! I ordered the Chiba Prefecture's 'Hayashi SPF Aged Pork' loin and tenderloin combo. This is a high-grade variety, and just looking at the perfectly fried, tender pink color, you can tell it's going to be delicious! Thick-cut, fresh, and sweet, it almost melts in your mouth—such a delightful taste! The entire set meal is very satisfying and highly recommended.
