Fushimi Inari: A Breathtaking Cultural Treasure

#summervacay Fushimi Inari is a must-visit cultural gem in Kyoto, famous for its thousands of vermilion torii gates that create a breathtakingly beautiful scene. When we visited in the afternoon, the crowds were overwhelming, so we purified ourselves before entering. For ¥1,000, we wrote down our wishes on a small fox-shaped wooden plaques called Ema and hung them in the designated area. Due to the crowds, we didn't hike to the top, and even navigating through the gates required some careful maneuvering. Visiting in the morning might be a better option to avoid the large crowd . Before leaving, we enjoyed some delicious street food nearby.
