Relaxing Kyoto Trip Away from Tourist Spots

This trip is planned for about two weeks later. I only booked the flight and left everything else until the day before departure. I steered clear of places popular among travel bloggers and instead visited local shops, ate at restaurants near university campuses, and strolled through rows of traditional townhouses. It was incredibly relaxing—no crowds, convenient buses, and no need to transfer like on the subway.
