Kiyomizu-dera Temple

Kiyomizu-dera Temple, or Kiyomizu Temple, is a famous ancient temple in Kyoto located on a hill where you can clearly see the city of Kyoto. The temple is almost entirely made of wood. It is another check-in point that you must visit, especially before sunset. The sunlight reflects off the red pagoda, which is very beautiful. 🌥️🌥️ This temple is another place to see the changing leaves. Luckily, I went during the winter and still found an area where the leaves had not fallen yet. 🍁🍂 I have to admit that there are a lot of changing leaves here. If you come during the time when they have not fallen, the view when the sun sets will be even more beautiful because the light reflects red everywhere. Opening hours: 6:00-18:00.
