[Kyoto Prefecture: Keage] A very popular restaurant serving exquisite curry udon!

This is a popular restaurant in the Keage/Nanzenji area that I visited for the first time in several years during a trip to Kyoto. It serves excellent curry udon. Eikando Temple and the Philosopher's Path are nearby, and the place gets especially busy during the autumn foliage and cherry blossom seasons. I arrived before opening time, but there was already a line and I couldn't get in on the first rotation. After finishing my meal, I went outside the restaurant and the line had grown even more, so I recommend arriving before opening time if possible. There are many other delicious looking menu items besides curry udon, but curry udon is so delicious that it's the only choice.
