The entrance fee was around 1,200 yen (about $10), which felt like a bargain for the experience. The museum features a fantastic collection of trains, from vintage steam locomotives to modern Shinkansen, and you can even hop inside some of them! The interactive exhibits were a hit, especially for kids, and I loved learning about the history of rail travel in Japan. After exploring the museum, I took a stroll through the nearby Umekoji Park, which was lovely for a picnic.
