High quality western restaurant in Kwun Tong District

I chose the "Deer Kitchen" western restaurant located in The Wave Building in Kwun Tong District. It takes about 5 minutes to get here from APM, the location is convenient! The restaurant is spacious and has a comfortable feel. There is a cute deer painting on the wall, which matches the restaurant's name and theme. The food was of good quality and reasonably priced, and everyone was very satisfied. Shrimp, avocado and mango tartar This is a relatively fresh appetizer with rich taste. The tender and chewy shrimp meat meets the smooth avocado, the sweet mango in summer and the refreshing greenhouse bean sprouts, which is very delicious. Grilled Iberico Pork Saddle with Spicy Sauce Iberico pork has always been my favorite delicacy! This black pork is very thick, with a soft and slightly juicy texture, and is of very high quality. After roasting, the aroma of fat and oil is doubled. There are also purple sweet potato puree and roasted vegetables to neutralize the greasiness.
