The rooms on the higher floors have great views, parking is convenient, and there is a Starbucks nearby. A cup of coffee in the morning is a great way to start the day. Great facilities The hotel has many great facilities. The gym on the 39th floor is well-equipped, and you can enjoy a sauna after your workout. The infinity pool on the 42nd floor is also a highlight, and you can enjoy great views of Kuwait City while swimming. However, the pool has a strong smell of disinfectant, which affects the experience. Room changes and warm service The hotel has two buildings with different styles. The old building has an Arabic style, while the new building has a modern style. I was initially upgraded to a modern corner room, but the room had an odor, so I changed rooms twice. The front desk staff were always friendly and offered me several rooms to choose from. I finally changed to an Arabic-style room, which had good lighting and was quiet. The room was small but cozy. The building also has three elevators, which reduces waiting time and makes it convenient to get around. Service and facilities In terms of facilities, Four Points by Sheraton is not inferior to Sheraton Grand. The breakfast is also rich and can satisfy different tastes. However, the service quality is slightly inferior, and it lacks the attention to detail of Sheraton Grand and St. Regis. The guests are also not as high-end as those at the other two hotels. The hotel does not have an executive lounge, but it has a similar business center. It is equipped with office equipment, which is convenient for business travelers. Simple meals are also provided in the evening. Although they are not as exquisite as those in the executive lounge, they are better than those at Courtyard by Marriott.
