You can take bus 260 directly from Jinxi Ancient Town to Zhouzhuang Ancient Town, get off at the penultimate station, Xin Pailou, no need to ask the driver, the drivers here are not very friendly. After getting off the bus, the gate of Zhouzhuang is on your left hand side. Walk straight ahead and there are two restaurants, yes, they are all farmhouse restaurants. The dishes are actually similar, the prices won't be much different from those in the scenic area. You can have a meal first and ask the restaurant owner to buy tickets for you, 88 yuan each, you need to bring your ID. After eating, go straight ahead, turn right at the first intersection and you will see the main entrance of Zhouzhuang Park. There are shops selling Wan San's trotters on both sides. You can buy them when you leave the scenic area or you can buy them and have them delivered directly. The prices vary a lot, but they are similar in every shop. Zhouzhuang is completely surrounded, don't think about sneaking in through small roads. Unless you can float on water or have a boatwoman to pick you up, it's impossible to get in for free, the whole scenic area is surrounded by water. After entering the main entrance of Zhouzhuang, you can first take a group photo at the central screen wall, then it is recommended to visit the museum on the right hand side first, then follow the left hand side all the way according to the order of Shuangqiao, Chen Yifei's former residence, ancient stage, Wan San's water tomb, Zhang's Hall, Shen's Hall, Nanhu Autumn Moon Garden, Ye Chucang's former residence, Chengxu Taoist Temple, and Mi Lou. You can walk back to the starting point at the end, there are some scenic spots on both sides of the river in the middle area, adjust according to time. If you don't plan to stay overnight in Zhouzhuang or plan to stay here, it is recommended to leave the park before 17:00, otherwise there will really be no buses. The bus station is about 15 minutes' walk from the main entrance of the scenic area, ignore if you have a car.
