For my first stop in Kunming, the "Spring City," I chose a hidden gem in the city center – Ananas Polaris Hotel ✨ This boutique hotel, tucked away in Xindu Longcheng Beichen Fortune Center, is like an oasis suddenly appearing in the city, perfectly blending modern design with Yunnan-specific elements. 📍Super Convenient Location The hotel is located at No. 118 Beichen Avenue, next to Xindu Longcheng, Beijing Road Extension, Panlong District. It's just a 5-minute walk from Beichen Station on Metro Line 2! The surrounding area is the Beichen Fortune Center commercial district, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient~ 🏨Room Experience As soon as I entered the room, I was captivated by the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows! My courtyard room had a super beautiful terrace, and waking up to the sun in the morning felt amazing 🌞 The bedding featured a custom King Koil mattress, and as someone with cervical spondylosis, I slept very soundly~ The bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet and a Dyson hairdryer, which satisfied my attention to detail. 🍴Must-Visit Spots 🍸 The tea break area on the first floor is also very unique; the summer tea paired with Yunnan flower cakes for afternoon tea makes for super photogenic shots. 💡Practical Tips • The hotel offers airport shuttle service (chargeable, requires advance reservation) • On B1 of Xindu Longcheng Mall, there's a super authentic Yunnan restaurant called "Lao Dian Shan Zhai," just a 3-minute walk away. • It's only a 20-minute drive from Kunming Railway Station, very friendly for transit travelers.
