Treasure Forest Sense Homestay in the center of Kunming

Traveling to Yunnan, the hotels in Jianshui and Mile were booked long ago, but I was always hesitant about the last night in Kunming. Fortunately, I chose this homestay. First, let's talk about the location. It is located on Tongren Street, which is very convenient. As a photography enthusiast, I had the chance to shoot at the Nanqiang Night Market in the evening. The homestay itself has a café and bar, and there are various popular cafés around. Unfortunately, my appetite is limited, otherwise, I would have stayed a few more days to taste them all. The design concept of the homestay is very good, with the idea that the national is the world's. My favorite is the huge hanging paintings, which have a textured color palette. There are a total of 10 rooms: Blang, Jingpo, Hani, Naxi, Dulong, Yi, Lisu, Bai, Dai, and Wa. I stayed in the Naxi room. Speaking of the Naxi, I remembered a popular TV series "The Mu Mansion Storm", set during the reign of the Ming Shenzong, at the foot of Yulong Snow Mountain in western Yunnan, which was the residence of the hereditary Lijiang Tusi Mu family. The room highlighted the characteristics of the Naxi well, with seven-star lamps, Yulong Snow Mountain, Dongba script, tie-dye art... I really didn't have time, otherwise, I would have asked the owner to show me the other rooms. The facilities are also very good, with hot water coming out quickly. The butler service was in place, as Kunming was cold and damp that day, they turned on the air conditioning for us in advance, and also provided a complimentary white fungus soup in the evening. Let's talk about the small shortcomings: there is a bit of a lack of space to put things in the room, and the sliding track of the bed curtain has no stopper. Next time I come to Kunming, I will meet Amiyi Homestay again.
