LUFFY statue, part of the ONE PIECE Kumamoto Revival Project, stood proudly at the Promenade in front of the Kumamoto Prefectural Office. Created by native Eiichiro Oda and Shueisha, it symbolizes support for areas affected by the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake.
