Kumamoto Day 1: From Katretei pork chop to black garlic ramen, a authentic Japanese delicacy exploration

As soon as we arrived in Kumamoto, we went straight to Katretsu-tei and ordered the legendary pork chop. The pork chop is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with an amazing taste. Finally we came to Kurotei Ramen, and the black garlic ramen here was indeed worthy of its reputation. The rich black garlic soup is fragrant as soon as you take a sip. The combination of pork bones and black garlic creates a strong sense of layering. The taste is heavy but not greasy. This rich flavor is the essence of Kumamoto ramen and satisfies my craving for rich taste.
