Pandan Soft Serve at Pandan Republic

Pandan Republic is a cosy little cafe located along Kwai Chai Hong, which is the hipster Chinatown back alley! It is accessible via Pasar Seni LRT, just a short walk away and it is hard to miss with its colourful lanterns and bright yellow shophouses. While the cafe has a dining area inside, they are popular dor the Pandan Coconut Softserve (RM13), which you can conveniently purchase through a window kiosk. I was also tempted to try because I saw many people eating it. The pale green softserve was fragrant from the distinct notes of pandan and coconut, and it wasn’t too sweet either so it was easy to enjoy! 😋 The cute little birdy biscuit was also a nice touch. However, I felt that it was too melty because it almost immediately became a mess even though it was a cold rainy day. If you get it, do finish it fast!
