Teedo Hotel - a new black and pink rest nest in KL.

In the central location of the Urban Transformation Center (UTC), with its lobby covertly nestled on the fourth floor of what used to be the old Pudu bus terminal, is Teedo Hotel. Its name is a cheeky misspelling of the Malay word for 'sleep'. In accordance to the punny name, this place is completely decked out in black and pink - reception counter and cafeteria features neon pink light signs, and the hallways, lounge, restrooms and rooms have pink signs, paintings and linens. Fun and unabashed, guests might feel free to engage in a round of foosball, pool and/or darts, while waiting for check-in, or just to relax during their stay. And then, a touch of the future, a cashierless and cashless AI convenience store, for those last minute purchases before checking in. Its cafeteria, Makan@Teedo, offers some local and Western fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner for reasonable prices, and also a decent room service menu selection. Much of the interior of the hotel, including the minimally furnished and spacious rooms, is decorated with modish paintings saturating the visual field of this place with a hefty dose of fuchsia.
