We were drawn in by the high Google ratings—and it didn’t disappoint. I ordered an americano and a chocolate croissant. The coffee stood out immediately. Unlike the typical bold, dark roasts I’m used to, this brew had a light roast profile with a noticeable citrusy tang—a sign of carefully sourced, lightly roasted beans. It’s not for everyone, but if you’re into third-wave coffee, you’ll appreciate its character. The croissant was served warm, with a satisfying crunch on the outside and a soft, buttery inside.
