The lake view executive twin room we stayed in this time was an upgrade for Diamond Card members. The room style is quite standard, showing the design and decoration style of Hilton Hotel. However, after all, the hotel has been in use for 7 years since 2017, and its facilities are a bit old. But the food experience here is amazing! The breakfast selection is rich and varied, especially those with Malaysian characteristics, such as Nyonya cakes, which will whet your taste buds and allow you to fully enjoy the unique charm of local food culture. The executive lounge is a highlight, not only with beautiful scenery but also excellent food. In the evening, it is wonderful to order a glass of champagne, taste delicious food, and feel the coziness and comfort. Moreover, the manager of the executive lounge is very enthusiastic and often asks customers if there is anything that needs improvement. This thoughtful service makes people feel warm. During the week I stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, although the staff seemed to be the same familiar faces, their professional and enthusiastic service made me feel like I was in spring breeze.
