This place is called WET Deck, W Kuala Lumpur, located just 200 meters from the twin towers. There are 2 zones in the bar: Outdoor and indoor. We went on weekdays and didn't have to book a seat. There is only an indoor zone. If you want to sit in the outdoor zone, you have to book a table through the page. The prices of food and drinks are a bit high, but it's forgivable.
