It’s located within office/shoplot area so u either have to drive in or park outside. Place is pretty cozy a cube shape with industrial theme design. Staff was friendly and attentive to refilling free water here. The hot latte I had a nice aroma to it with nice coffee beans. Their ham and cheese croissant was abit on the exp side but it’s crispy and taste good.
