#travelanywhere Located in TRX KL, Hai Kah Lang Seafood Noodle and Fish Head Noodle is definitely a place recommended by locals for eating seafood. We saw many good reviews about this restaurant and had it in our list of to-go during our trip to Kuala Lumpur. We went around 3 plus on Friday and it was raining heavily but the restaurant was full with patrons. Lucky for us, we got our seats immediately otherwise the wait could be up to 30 minutes based on other reviews. The menu can be a little complicated with the huge variety of choices and endless combinations that you can customise to your liking. There were a few ways to serve your main, including clear soup, milky soup, dry noodles or porridge. You get to choose between noodles, Mihun, thick Mihun, Kuey Teow, Lou Xu Fun (老鼠粉), Rice noodles (米线), Wonton mee (细蓉) and porridge. We ordered a milk base fish soup with grouper fish and a highly recommended Tom yam fish soup with mixian. The milk base fish soup came with strong smell of Chinese wine and the fish slices were fresh!
