#SouthEastAsiaTravel There are very few tourists. Entry is free. Beautiful and well maintained temple complex. It is pleasantly quiet and you have a great view of the skyline. The lights are even more impressive in the evening. A must do if you are in Kuala Lumpur. The best way to get there is by taxi/grab. The setting here is quite different from other temples I have been to. It reminds me more of a palace, except for the center stage of the goddess. Overall, it is very beautiful. A lot of wedding photos happen here, especially with the marriage registration on the first floor. You can make a donation and in return you get incense (aka joss sticks) for prayer. I don't know how much the lotus candles cost but many people choose them to add power to their prayers. There is also a shaman (witch doctor) next to the parking lot who sells birds. Release this little swallow for good luck! And the shaman will sing and bless you. It was a memorable experience all around! I am so glad I was able to visit! A must see temple if you visit. It is very unique and impressive. It integrates the three traditional religions of ascension, Confucianism and Buddhism. We visited on a weekday so it was not too crowded. I was very impressed by the details and beauty of this temple. It was built in the late 1980s. Many Chinese inspired elements. We really enjoyed our visit.
