Four Points by Sheraton KL Chinatown 🇲🇾

#kualalumpurhotels I have received many recommendations from my KL friends to stay at this hotel, and I am glad I finally did. While many spaces appear a bit dated with uninspiring interiors—lacking serious artwork, artists, and stories—the comfort it provides is exceptional. You get a sheltered drop-off in a thunderstorm, a very decent gym and pool with a landmark view, extremely hospitable staff who made small talk even when helping to press the lift button, and, most importantly, good soundproofing at the windows so you don’t hear noise from the streets and can get a restful night’s sleep. It is also very conveniently located next to many good eateries and bars. I will definitely come back again! Hotel is located near Chinatown hence accessible to various eatery and restaurants. Hotel staffs are friendly and professional. Special thanks to hotel concierge staff Ms Sally who is very knowledgeable and helpful with my queries on transportation. She also took the initiative to help us make bookings of transportation and airport transfer etc. Most commendable is that she remembers details - I have accidentally left my shopping bag at hotel lobby counter while I checked into my room without noticing. Ms Sally remembers the shopping bag belongs to me and she help to arrange to return the shopping bag to my room. Kudos for her professionalism and observant of details. My hubby and I had a pleasant & wonderful stay at Four Points @ Sheraton, KL (Chinatown) and will sure to visit again as well as recommend our friends to also stay there. Strategically located just beside the center of Kuala Lumpur. It looks like old building. One sure impressed with live decoration of plants and flowers at the ground floor. We went here for a lunch anyway, and they placed us in special room at level 8. The view is great. What interesting is that, this hotel was surrounded by classic buildings, worth a visit
