1 Day Tour in Kuala Lumpur! Where to Go?

This trip we went for a short trip of 2 days and 2 nights, traveling only in Kuala Lumpur. The ticket price including accommodation was about 4,600 baht. We exchanged 2,000 baht and had another 1,000 baht in the travel card. *We didn't use all the money we exchanged, so we had about 1,000 baht left. Total expenses were 6,600 baht. We flew at 22.15 Thailand and arrived in Malaysia at around 01.00. We called a Grab from the airport to our accommodation for 77 ringgit, which was about 5-600 baht (divided by 2 people). We stayed opposite NU Sentral, and it was also the beginning of the MRT line, which is KL Sentral Station. Our accommodation was called City Central Hotel. Where did we go in 1 day in Kuala Lumpur? We left the hotel at around 9.00 AM. We started by taking the Kelana Jaya Line at KL Sentral Station in NU Sentral. The escalator going up to the mall was very beautiful. We could stop and take pictures. We took the BTS to Pasar seni station and walked to take pictures at Kwai Chai Hong. The walkway also saw the Merdeka 118 building. The part that we were going to was like a Japanese bridge. We found street art to take beautiful pictures of. Nearby, there was Chinatown, which sells similar things to Sampeng in our country. There were also various Chinese restaurants that were open 24 hours. Then we waited for a free bus near the station we got off at before to go to Masjid Jamek. (I will review the free bus next time.) We took the free bus and got off near Masjid Jamek and walked until we reached River of Life. This is another street art place that we really like. It is a building next to the Klang River. There is also the Sultan Abdul Samad Jamek Mosque or Masjid Jamek here for visitors to see. Inside, there are hijabs for you to wear. I didn't go in. I just stood outside and looked. Then we went to find a place to wait for the free bus. From where we waited for the bus, we could see the KL Tower. We took the bus and got off at Bukit Bintang. We stopped for a while to eat and then continued on. We walked to Jalan Alor Street Art, a street where every building is painted. The streets and small corners are full of art. At night, there will be lanterns along the walkway. It's very beautiful. Nearby, there is a Night Market. I think all the shops sell similar food. Most people in Bukit Bintang probably come here to shop because it's a big shopping mall. Pavilion, various brand names are gathered here. Cosmetics and skincare products are much cheaper than in Thailand. We arrived in Bukit Bintang in the afternoon. So, we just walked around Jalan Alor. We'll go somewhere else first and come back in the evening. We waited for the free bus as usual. We got off at Kota Raya. We walked a little bit and arrived at Rex KL. It's a cafe and bookstore that used to be an old cinema. The interior is very cool. I got a lot of pictures. There's a place to sit and relax in the book zone. We sat there for quite a while. Then, we walked until we reached Kuan Yin Temple. We went in to pay our respects and walked around for a while. Then we went out to find the free bus stop and went back to Bukit Bintang. We walked from Bukit Bintang to the skywalk to the Twin Towers or Perinas Twin Tower. It was quite a long walk, but the skywalk was an air-conditioned skywalk. We also walked past the Aquariam KLCC. If you want to enter, you have to buy a ticket. We didn't go in. We walked to the Twin Towers. We came to KLCC Park. From the information I found, I thought it was a place where you could see the buildings very beautifully. It's also a public park. So I thought I would sit and wait until it got dark until the buildings turned on their lights. The park has a water park and a playground for children to play and relax. It's a very large park and it's cool. We walked to take pictures for a while and then looked for a place to sit and wait for the buildings to turn on their lights. The buildings will turn on their lights around 7pm. It's very beautiful. You have to see it with your own eyes. The phone camera couldn't capture all the beauty. We took pictures for a while and then walked back the same way to Bukit Bintang Night Market. We didn't eat anything here because it was raining and there was nothing special we wanted to eat. So we decided to take the train back to KL Sentral and back to the hotel. This is our 1 day. Arrived at the accommodation around 9 pm, walked a lot In summary, where can we go in 1 day? - Take pictures at the escalator of NU Sentral - Kwai Chai Hong (Pasar Seni) - China Town - River of Life - Masjid Jamek - Pavilion (Bukit Bintang) - Jalan Alor Street Art (Bukit Bintang) - Rex KL (Kota Raya) - Kuan Yin Temple (Pasar Seni) - Perinas Twin Tower (KLCC Park, Bukit Bintang) - Bukit Bintang Night Market There may be other interesting places near the places we went, but we may not have gone. If anyone goes anywhere, please share. #MalaysiaTravel #Kuala LumpurTravel #Christmas2023
