We had the joy of staying at this palatial hotel for 2 days and it was an eye-opening experience. The hotel room was opulently decorated with comfy beds, well-stock bathrooms and even a capsule espresso machine. Service was impeccable with patient and friendly waiting staff. When we didn't want to wander out around to 163 Retail Park or the many shopping malls nearby, there was one directly below our hotel! 100% will stay again. #malaysia
