National Museum of Malaysia

There are four major galleries in the National Museum of Malaysia, and I managed to spend over two hours exploring the history of this region, from prehistoric times to modern day. The museum has a lot of information and covers Malaysia’s history of colonization by the Portuguese, Dutch, English, and Japanese and its ultimate journey to independence as well as highlighting its diverse ethnic population.
