Batu Caves is one of the famous tourist attractions in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Situated here is the most important Hindu shrines in the world which is a joyful homage to Lord Murugan, who triumphed over the demons in Tamil Hindu lore. The high and long staircase that leads to the caves are painted in bright bands of color. It looks like an ascending rainbow into the chambers of the gods.
