Railay Beach

#KrabiTravel Railay Beach is located in Ao Nang Subdistrict, Mueang District, Krabi Province. It is a beach with beautiful scenery, surrounded by large cliffs. Railay Beach is divided into two beaches: Railay West Beach and Railay East Beach. They are curved beaches with a small walkway connecting them. There is also a way to climb up to see the Lagoon or the closed sea in the middle of the valley. Many people may think that Railay Beach is an "island", but in fact, Railay Beach is located on the mainland. However, the only way to get there is by boat because the beach is surrounded by steep mountains on all sides. Therefore, there is no other way to enter. Railay Beach has one of its highlight activities, which is rock climbing. With its terrain of many cliffs, rock climbing is possible all year round. The most popular areas for rock climbing are Railay East, Ao Ton Sai, and the mountains near Phra Nang Cave.
