City Park in Kota Kinabalu is a nice place to have a walk in the afternoon with the family and friends. This park is the only green space in the center of the city, so if you are looking for a place to relax and unwind then this makes a great pick. One of the main features in the park is the British North Borneo Memorial which is dedicated to the soldiers who died here at the time of the British Empire during the First World War.
