So at this point, don't miss checking in with this bridge. Haha As for Pradu Seafood Restaurant, it is one of the first restaurants to serve seafood on Koh Yao. There are many menus here, but we have chosen 3 interesting menus from many that the restaurant recommends. The first menu is fried seafood. We thought it would be easy to eat from the freshness of the ingredients. But we were surprised with fried crab 😆 Because it was the most delicious on the plate. Steamed crab (I think) cut into pieces with shells and fried in flour. (We were quite surprised about how to eat it, haha) In the end, we just bit into it. The crispy outer layer of the batter broke off along with the shell, and the sweet meat of the crab that was steamed before came out. Of course, the shell had to be removed, but it tasted better than we thought. It was even better when dipped in the sweet and sour sauce. The shrimp were big and bouncy, and we could chew it to our hearts' content. We ranked this dish as our favorite. The second dish was sour curry with pickled bamboo shoots. It was not too spicy for southerners, but it might be a bit spicy for central Thais. The third dish was stir-fried squid with chili paste. Fresh squid sliced ​​into rounds stir-fried with chili paste was very spicy (we made a mistake ordering this because the flavors clashed with the sour curry 😅 It would have been better to order stir-fried vegetables instead).
