Together with the girls from the youth hostel, each of us carried a bucket of strong cocktails, and we went there in a tuktuk. Originally, 12 people entered the venue holding hands, but they were separated as soon as they entered. Every time they moved to other stages, a few people would be lost, and they would meet again on the beach somewhere else a few hours later. Beach, music, alcohol, fireworks, fire show, heavy rain. Finally, around 1 a.m., only two Norwegian girls and I were left. We stayed until 6:18 a.m. and watched the sunrise at the beach. The best music was in a drink booth sandwiched between two EDM stages. They only used one speaker to play Latino music. All the Latinos on the beach gathered around, and many of them danced salsa barefoot to the music. Of course, I couldn't fall behind. It was so much fun and another thing checked off my bucket list.
