Koge, Charming Place With Old Town Vibe

Køge Municipality is a kommune in the Region Sjælland on the east coast of the island of Zealand approx. 40 km southwest of Copenhagen. To get here you can take train, bus or car and the trip takes less than an hour. Experience architecture, arts and scenery in Koge. Many old houses from the 16th century are still maintained and functioned very well. A one-day trip from Copenhagen is enough for you to enjoy Koge, from the old town or center, marina, neighborhood where people live in beautiful houses, museums, churches, parks and along the river where some people fish. It is less touristic than Copenhagen for sure and locals are very nice and we as tourists feel very welcomed.
