My New Favorite Teppanyaki Place in Japan

I wanted to know if Kobe beef is indeed better than Wagyu, like what my best friend had told me. They have an extensive selection of sets ranging from $66 to $300. Lunch courses are generally more affordable and include soup, salad, grilled vegetables, bread or rice, and coffee or tea. For dinner, Set A includes appetizer and grilled vegetables, while Set B includes appetizer, soup, salad, grilled vegetables, bread or rice, and coffee or tea. I initially ordered 2 sets of their Sirloin (Wagyu) set B dinner menu for $100 each, but upon arrival, we decided to change 1 set to Kobe Ribeye for an additional $90. The staff and chef were all very friendly and fluent in English. They took their time to explain the menu and made sure we were always comfortable throughout the dinner. The sides and appetizers were all very good, but the main star of the show was the beef. I would say they were way too generous with their vegetable serving. Here's my review of the beef: 1. Kobe - 9/10 The seasoning was delicious, and the meat was soft and tender. However, compared to the sirloin, the Kobe meat was not as juicy as we like our meat. 2.Sirloin - 11/10 This beef was out of this world. It was very juicy, melted in the mouth, and my partner said, "I don't think I can ever enjoy regular beef ever again." Paired with a couple of glasses of wine, this was an overall great experience. Whether you're team Kobe or Wagyu, you'll definitely enjoy your time here. It was one of the best dates I've had with my partner! #familytrips2024
