The Kobe City Museum is a wonderful place showcasing the history and culture of Kobe. When I stepped into the museum, I was immediately attracted by its solemn architecture⛩️. The museum's beautifully maintained exterior seems to take me back to the past, as it houses a large collection of Kobe-related historical artifacts, artworks, and archaeological remains, showcasing the city's evolution and rich and diverse cultural heritage. I browsed through the various exhibition areas, from ancient warrior culture to modern industrial development, and each exhibition was fascinating. One of the exhibitions that impressed me was the maritime history of Kobe. 🌊This exhibition area shows me the unique history and maritime culture of Kobe as an important port city with vivid models and multimedia displays. I learned about the construction of the Port of Kobe, the development of the shipping industry, and the relationship with foreign trade, which gave me a better understanding of the formation and development process of the city of Kobe. In addition to exhibits, the museum also offers interactive experiences that allow visitors to gain a deeper understanding of Kobe's history and culture. I participated in a traditional craft workshop and made a small Japanese paper handkerchief. This hands-on experience allowed me to better integrate into the cultural atmosphere of Kobe and gain a deeper understanding of the production process of traditional crafts.
