If you're going to a zoo in Kansai, I definitely recommend this one! The best part is that there are lots of areas where you can interact with animals. You can play with dogs, cats, and rabbits, ride camels and llamas, feed capybaras, and even pet fawns and kangaroos (they were super fluffy like stuffed animals.) Animal lovers have no choice but to go. And the main reason I visited Kobe Animal Kingdom this time was to see the Pallas's cat, which is only found here in Western Japan. They're so cute, so I recommend you go and see them at least once. There are also plenty of places to buy merchandise and eat, so you can come with your family, friends, as a couple, or even alone!
