Kellie's Castle - Malaysia

#travel Not sure what I was expecting, since it was never billed as a finished castle. But just fyi, it is mostly a shell. There are a couple of panels about the castle and the man who tried and kept failing to make his fortune, and one room is fitted with furniture to make it look like it might have looked if it had been finished. But other than that it's basically a shell. You can climb as high as the roof of the tower and see the surroundings from above. It's all worth about a half an hour. Which is just as well, because the heat and humidity was oppressive. I had a car so it wasn't too much hassle to get to.
