On the way there, there are signs saying "Ogawa Falls (waterfall basin)" everywhere, so please keep an eye on the signs as you drive. The road gets quite narrow from the middle (there are even passing points), so if you're not good at driving, it might be scary! It takes about an hour and a little walk from the parking lot to the falls, but the road is paved so don't worry.
