Boat Trip to The Sunken City

Around 5 kilometers from the town of Demre is our starting point for the Kekova Boat Trip to see the sunken city and the surrounding. The boat trip lasts about an hour++, with plenty of wooden rows of seats, big sitting cushions and a deck with an unobstructed view. You can order food and drinks on board with music along the trip. Kekova Island was home to an ancient Lycian settlement, unfortunately devastating earthquakes many centuries ago, and had sent the cities under the water, the remains of which still rest on the seabed. Opposite Kekova Island is the city of Simena, on the boat you can see the castle on top of it, with old stone houses scattered around. The captain of the boat will find a nice spot for those who like to swim around.
