A Birthday Celebration in Paradise

We just got back from our second stay at Riu Palace Maldives， this time for my husband’s 59th birthday， and once again， it was phenomenal. Our overwater bungalow with a pool was breathtaking， and the surroundings couldn't have been more serene and stunning. A big shoutout to Moosa， our housekeeper， whose meticulous attention each day made us feel truly special. From clever towel animals to thoughtful messages and particularly the lovely birthday decorations， Moosa truly went the extra mile. We also want to commend the exceptional service from the bar， pool， and beach staff—Desy， Sanju， Chamod， Poonum， Samee， Anu， and Nee. Your hospitality and care made our stay incredibly special， and we’re very thankful. Special thanks to Chef Edi for taking such great care of my seafood and shellfish allergy. His careful menu adjustments allowed me to enjoy every meal worry-free. His kindness and professionalism were outstanding. We can't wait to come back and indulge in more of the tranquility， beauty， and warmth that make this place feel like real paradise. Thank you to everyone at Riu who made our stay so memorable!
