It’s never too early for Sakura

This is Kawazu station, in Shizuoka prefecture. This is the place to be if you want to see early blooming Sakura! It usually holds the kawazu Sakura matsuri during the end of February to early March. There is a long stretch of matsuri stalls where you can buy amazake, crab stick cake and many more~ You can even stay overnight to see the night illumination of the Sakura trees. At the end of the stretch, you can also enjoy the sea view. #japan #shizuoka
