I walked around Tokyo these few days and found that the cherry blossoms in the city have not yet bloomed, which made me a little disappointed. However, I heard that the cherry blossoms in the suburbs were in full bloom, so I set off immediately. Starting from Shinjuku, I took the subway and bus for nearly an hour and a half and finally arrived at Mizoin. As soon as I got there, I was stunned by the beautiful scenery! The cherry blossoms are in full bloom, and the tender pink flowers are so beautiful under the sunlight that they seem unreal. What’s more, there aren’t many people here, unlike in the city where it’s packed with people. You can enjoy the cherry blossoms, take photos and check in to your heart’s content. What makes me even happier is that the red seals and amulets here are all cherry blossom-themed and are super beautifully designed. It’s a pity that I didn’t have enough cash on me, so I couldn’t take them home, which is really a bit regrettable. Overall, this suburban cherry blossom viewing trip was very successful. I saw the beautiful cherry blossoms and enjoyed a rare quiet time.
