When I was traveling to Fukushima by car, I stopped by the Tomobe service area and happened to come across this soba restaurant 🥢 I had my morning soba at Hitachian!!! The breakfast menu is from 7am to 10am, and the menu items you can order are limited, but the soba and kenchinjiru were delicious!!! There's a workshop in the store, and you can eat handmade soba from Hitachi Aki Soba, which is made with buckwheat flour ground with a stone mill! Considering that you can eat delicious soba at a service area, it's good value for money👀 It comes with Zaru Soba, Kenchinjiru, pickles, soba soup, and soba tea, making it an all-you-can-eat soba set. The soba noodles are chewy and smooth and very delicious..!!! I finished it all in one go even though it was morning🤤 The dipping sauce, Kenchinjiru, is a little salty, but the flavor is well mixed with the soba noodles and it was delicious.
