Autumn Cycling Adventure in Karuizawa: A Maple Viewing Trip at Kumoba Pond

This time in Karuizawa, I rented a bicycle to explore the area. Riding along the tree-lined avenues, the air was fresh, and the surroundings were peaceful and leisurely. The relatively flat roads of Karuizawa make it perfect for a slow-paced cycling exploration. Along the way, I arrived at the famous Kumoba Pond, which was in the midst of the maple leaves turning red. The pond reflected layers of crimson leaves, blue skies, and white clouds, creating a poetic and picturesque scene that took my breath away. The area around Kumoba Pond is tranquil, with crystal-clear waters and a blend of red maples and lush greenery, evoking the romantic essence of autumn.
