Heading up to the 24th floor, above the bar, a blue light strip and mirror installation refracts light off the glass windows and stainless steel, perfect for taking photos. The pasta had a springy texture, and the sauce was light yet fragrant. The carpaccio appetizer featured balsamic and baby sprouts, the acidity brightening the fat. The truffle fries had photogenic, sharp corners, and a sprinkle of Parmesan for a crispy texture.
