Wat Bang Luang Pho Phet

Luang Pho Phet is a bronze Buddha image in the Chiang Saen art style, in the Mara-Vijaya attitude, known as Singha 1, which is not easy to find. It has a lap width of 2 cubits and 1 span and a height of 3 cubits and 1 span. It has beautiful characteristics and is larger than Luang Pho Phet in Phichit Province, which is over 800 years old. Kamphaeng Phet people believe that whoever comes to pay homage will be rich and wealthy, like the Chiang Saen era, rich in the millions or hundreds of thousands, just like the name of the Chiang Saen art. Those who study and those who are knowledgeable about Buddha images say that this Luang Pho Phet is considered an Unseen Kamphaeng Phet because it is an ancient Buddha image from the Chiang Saen era. It is the largest and most complete bronze Buddha image left in Thailand. Judging from the Buddha's characteristics, the creator must have been a king, and the craftsmen must have been royal craftsmen. Therefore, the creation is so beautiful that it cannot be faulted.
