Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all buffets. The breakfast buffet offers Korean food as well as bread and rice noodles, but the recommended menu here is fresh salmon. It is delicious on its own, but it is also great as a salmon sandwich on fluffy bread. It was nice to be able to enjoy a leisurely morning while looking out at the Incheon Port from the window seat!
