Minari is a vegetable called parsley. In Korea, parsley samgyeopsal is popular, but I was surprised to see it in financiers🫢 The aftertaste reminds me of green vegetables, but the baked goods themselves are delicious and I thought it was totally fine♡ I would like to try other flavors too!
