Weekend Feels at Bearth Cafe

We recently explored a charming new café in Johor Bahru called Bearth. What immediately caught our attention was its eclectic décor—a delightful blend of cosy cottage vibes and artistic flair. The space feels thoughtfully curated, with mismatched furniture, warm lighting, and creative touches that make it feel both welcoming and visually engaging. For our meal, we tried the fried chicken waffles topped with a rich salted egg sauce, and a hearty serving of shakshuka. Both dishes were satisfying and flavourful, though the fried chicken leaned slightly on the salty side for our taste. That said, it still paired nicely with the sweet waffle and creamy sauce. Bearth also impresses with its beverage menu. They offer a good range of drinks, from classic lattes to more adventurous options like osmanthus coffee, which adds a subtle floral note to the brew. Best of all, everything is priced affordably, making Bearth a great spot for a casual hangout or weekend brunch without breaking the bank.
