Opened in June 2022, Ding Ming Xiang @ Pelangi is the third branch of this famous Chinese restaurant in Johor Bahru. The restaurant is elegantly decorated and has a cozy ambience. I especially enjoyed my favourite Jay Chou's songs playing in the background while enjoying the food. The restaurant specialises in Mala style food. As you can see on their menu, most of the dishes are hot and spicy. The choices of food can be limited if you're bringing your kids who can't take spicy food. We ordered tofu with preserved eggs, deep fried meat and wasabi prawn.
