Shuzheng Lakes are located in the north of Jiuzhaigou. It is composed of 19 lakes arranged in terraced form, with a height difference of 100 meters between the large and small lakes. The lake water here is clear and transparent, and is emerald green. The surrounding trees are lush and green, contrasting with the lake. The water from the upper lake flows over the lake embankment, forming cascading waterfalls with pure white water splashes. The formation of a unique landscape: there is a "Crystal Palace" at the lower end, with a thousand acres of water surface and a depth of forty to fifty meters. In the deep center of the lake there is a milky yellow calcium carbonate embankment, like a long dragon. There are Shuzheng Waterfall, Shuzheng Village and so on in the surrounding area. The roadside opposite Shuzheng Village is the best angle to photograph the Shuzheng Lakes.
