On the first day, take the cable car to the top of the mountain. The cable car costs CNY 70 to go up and CNY 60 to go down. There is a mid-station. If you get off at the mid-station and take the cable car again, it still costs CNY 70 to go up and CNY 60 to go down. If you want to save energy, you can take the cable car up and walk down to see the waterfalls. After taking the cable car up, go to the Anhui-Hubei border first. After that, go to the Baixiangxi Water direction, and then walk down. You can see the waterfalls on the way. There are no highlights along the way. It takes 3 hours to reach the shuttle bus transfer station. On the second day, take the shuttle bus and get off at Baima Grand Canyon. Walk down more than 400 steps to the bottom of the canyon. Walk slowly along the stream. The water is beautiful. It takes more than 2 hours to reach the exit. You don't need to take the shuttle bus again. If you have time in the afternoon, you can go to Swallow River Grand Canyon. Go up the mountain from the right to Tianchi, climb the stairs, and then walk down the plank road. It's quite tiring. 🏨Accommodation tips: There are many accommodations at the entrance of Tiantangzhai. This time, I stayed at Tiantangzhai One Mountain House. The stay was comfortable and the food was delicious. 💗Other tips: If you stay at the entrance of Tiantangzhai, you can walk to the park. You can also go to Ma Zongling to see the autumn leaves, run a section of Martin Road, and visit Dawan Village.
